Nice detailed review. Now that you've had the FS experience at Saigon, maybe try a good Level 1...with the best providers, you can get a near-pro quality massage and a nice, sometimes very nice, HE, for $100 all in.
And yes, a lot of the "massage" establishments now claim they don't do massages, so just ask for a one hour session without naming the service.
