Disclaimer. I dont know Gladys. Have never met Gladys and have never communicated with her. I totally disagree. This should not a be no and wouldnt deter me from seeing her. If anything this is a cry for help from the op.

However, the reason why I stated that this should be a no review is because it's obvious that the OP had a horrible time from the beginning till the end. Also, he shifts most of the blame for having this unpleasant experience on the provider, not on himself. So based on what he wrote and his perspective, it should be a no review. You can't just write a long detailed review chock full of negative details, put most of the blame on the provider, and then slap a Yes in the end. That doesn't make it a Yes review.
Now is that "No" accurate"? That's a different argument and I don't think it is accurate. The OP should have just not written a review because this one just made him look bad, not Gladys.
