The ROS is part of the submission for the report. Either you don't want to share or you didn't see the provider. IDK but it's hard to take you seriously if you don't want to share that much.
Sorry I'm not familiar with the format. And as I said, there is not a ROS field when I created the review. Not sure why someone not completely understanding the process would be a reason to contest whether I saw a provider. You're more than welcome to reach out to her yourself.
Iso, whenever you first open this forum you should have 2 blue boxes to choose from, "New Thread" and "New Encounter Report". Select the new encounter report, then you just fill in the boxes.
Thank you for your help TB. That was much more helpful and appreciated. I'm viewing on the mobile site so the Encounter Report button was not an option until I viewed in desktop mode.
