Is Kyoto still open?

Haven't been to Kyoto in a long time and was thinking of heading there. Haven't seen any reviews in quite some time though so just wanted to make sure it was still open before I make the trip over there.

It was open last month when I was there. I don't think many review Kyoto...

It should be open. I have not heard anything on the news about them yet.
