what took so long? this has gone on for Decades, almost everyone I know has been approached, offered, or involved in something like this. blatant, and out in the open.

the real investigation should be directed toward the legions of insiders who assisted this scam.. ICE individuals, USCIS employees... the scam only works if Green Cards and fake marriages are APPROVED. the linked story discussed how the operation played out, but says nothing about ICE and USCIS perpetuating the schemes.

You are correct sir. There is also a ton of paperwork involved. I would think it easy to see who signed off on these applications.

Lived in Miami for a few years and this kind of thing was rampant there.
