I did do research on the subject, there are cases in criminal law where defendants were charged with attempted murder from spitting at a cop and he was HIV positive. The exopert testimony and studies showed that death was only theoritcally possible - meaning no documented proof - not one case of HIV from saliva. The further research I have done indicates again that is theoritically possible that a male get a STD from fellatio, no documented cases. The medical community will not come out and say "yes suck and lick all you want, never get a disease that way." they cannot, every teenager on the planet would be sucking, licking, and doing oral (hell they probably already are anyway). So, what I have seen the medical community state is that it is possible but we are yet to see a case of that.
