Depends on what you consider shitty weather, kc has about 5 weeks a year that are not too hot or too cold. The northeast has about 7 months of mild weather.

Well as long as they pull in fines and court costs, I don't see them taking it off the books. Most people don't go to jail due to pleas. So as long as the religious fanatics are voting, it is just a dream. I don't see it happening in my lifetime.

Doing a search for Kamala Harris as well as the Green Party takes on nookie rental leads to blogs and articles featuring the perspective of sex work advocates.
Even the day to day office conversations regarding Robert Kraft , that I've heard anyway, are of the opinion that he's an elderly widower and it was none of popo's business.
