A little guidance please

ok, I've done AMP's, Indy's, Studios and even L3 at some sub amps - but the strip club is something I never even considered. So, here are my questions - if anything needs to be private, please do so or send me a message.

1. The allure? I mean I can have some pretty amazing ladies for $300
2. What kind of costs/total investment are we talking?
3. How does this work and what should I understand so as not to get completely screwed in the wrong way?
4. My extracurricular activities always take place during the normal working day due to my private life and my job affords me this freedom. Should this be a concern?

Please feel free to share whatever additional things you think I should know and/or care about.

Cheers and thank you in advance
If you want a sure thing at a set rate, the strip club scene is not the right avenue.

I like the option to pick and choose. Many times in the hobby the girl does not look like her pictures, or the experience is not what you thought it would be per her ads.

Dancers will sit in your lap and start conversation. If you think chemistry is there you can sample the goods for just 20 bucks. If you hit it off you can negotiate and go from there.

Also, in my experience, daytime is always the best time to get extras in a strip club.

What do you think of the girls in there?

That's all there is to it.

AMPs are way more sexual...raw sex. I think that's what you like.

I recommend you make your first visit or two a "recon" trip. Grab a table and a drink, talk to a waitress or two and a dancer or two and generally see what goes on. Look around and see what's happening (but, of course, don't be one of those creepy guys who spies on a guy getting dances). Limit your expenditure on dances to one or two from one or two girls on the first couple of visits. Don't expect to "hit it out of the park" on the first visit or two. After you feel comfortable with the general idea, you can expand your activities to more dances and/or more girls. If you are able to spend that level of money you may eventually inquire about VIP, but be careful here as it's easy to get scammed that way and guys' opinions differ on whether it's worth the money.

The bottom line is that the only way to learn is by going and trying it out, IMHO. Start slow and be careful, but be aware that you will make mistakes. Try to limit the mistakes. And don't forget, the whole idea is to have fun.

*Edit* I realized that I didn't really answer the OP's questions.
1. What is the allure? I think it differs for different guys. For some it is the party atmosphere and the availability of multiple women. For some guys it is the thrill of the hunt. Sometimes it's just a place to chill and enjoy the atmosphere and look at scantily clad women. You need to enjoy different things, because you can easily spend more and get less than you would with a provider. Still, many guys enjoy the experience.
2. What is the investment? It varies a lot. Dances are $20. You can get a couple of dances and be done, or if you like the girl you can easily lose count until she's done 10 or more dances. Keep count. If you have the money, you can spend A LOT more on VIP and it varies by club, the VIP room you choose, and what you negotiate with the girl. *Edit* I forgot to say that some places may have a free lunch buffet.
3. How does it work and what should you know? I think I covered this. There have been posts on this forum where guys have given a lot of tips, but really the only way to learn is by going and doing and watch out for yourself. Keep in mind that the objective of these girls is to get as much of your money as possible for as little effort as necessary.

Well I disagree. One thing I have learned over the years. There are certain breeds of hobbyists that are built for SCs. Once you start measuring the ROI. You have the wrong mindset to begin with.

He wants to be "sold" why he should go. If he has that mentality. He has no chance is what I am saying.

However, I do put value on overall experience, including the thrill, hell I've dropped plenty at sub amps to be able to get it into a middle aged plump Chinese lady knowing full well I can drive 20 minutes drop the same amount and get younger and hotter. But, the thrill of the game is equally rewarding. I don't go to the casinos to win, but I'm not upset if I do nor if I don't. Doesn't mean I didn't feel I got MY monies worth.

I often joked over the years that I didn't understand strip clubs as why would I pay to be turned on and turned down? Shit, my wife can do that - although truth be told she's cost me a bunch more. But, I digress.

So, your input is appreciated, although to the one gentleman - perhaps ask a qualifying question before making an assumption of what my expectations and/or goals are.

I've been a sales professional for 30 years and it treats me very well. So, I do enjoy the hunt, the thrill and negotiations. So I found the club idea intriguing, but again my activities are daytime driven, I haven't stepped foot in a strip club in over 25 years and back then, you just hoped they had all their teeth when you got your dance so the smile didn't turn your stomach.

So to clarify -

1. Allure - choices, the game itself and the ability to have a beer or two while playing versus grabbing one before you go.

2. Investment - driven by how quickly you want to close or drag it out, but it sounds like with the information provided and combined with other is a couple songs at least for 20 bucks a piece and then 100-150. But, is there a charge for VIP room or once you're ready to go pop - you just get taken up there?

3. I think this relates back to VIP? Isn't it the goal of every woman to get as much money as they can.

Final add - back in the day, you simply got to hold the dollar out and she would pull out the g-string - it seems a bit more hands on now unless I'm mistaken?

Sounds like you've pretty much got the idea. I'd suggest a lunch-time trip to BDD to check it out (although other guys may say Buck's or TMC). Actually, I think the best time on day shift is after the lunch crowd leaves. They shut down the lunch buffet at 2:00, so maybe show up around 1:00 to 1:30 and spend an hour or two if your schedule permits that. Watch a couple of guys tip girls on the stage and you'll get the idea pretty fast. Keep in mind that it will be more crowded on Fridays.

VIP varies from club to club. You need to do some research to decide if you want to include that in your plans.

Once they get over that hurdle, you will be with someone who isn't a banging nine guys a day, and she will be more into it and into you. It's a much more intimate and IMO better experience but you have to remember that you are just a pawn with a stripper.

Have a plan B because you likely will be stood up half the time when you plan your first encounter. After the first time, she will rarely bail on you again because she needs the money.

References help so if the stripper has a manger or waitress who gives you a thumb's up in that you pay when you say you will and aren't dangerous, that is VERY helpful.

As for why would you do it, at its best, the quality of woman you gets looks wise and in bed exceed anything you can get escort wise IMO. Of all the paid sex I have had, easily 7 of top 10 were strippers who played OTC. Still, it doesn't matter how intimate you get, you have to tell yourself that you are an ATM to them. Don't fall for a stripper!

Now I'm confused. Nowhere in the earlier discussion did I see it implied that the OP was looking for SC take-out, but maybe I'm wrong. I guess he'll have to tell us if that's what he had in mind.
