Lipsticks New Door Charge

Last week I went to Lipstick's and was told of the new door fees

$5 gets you in the door in the main seating area (no change)
ADD $10 if you want to go to VIP for dances only
$30 if you want all access to VIP (was $10)

Given the openness of their VIP area, I would be hard pressed to return until they come to their senses.
Some MBA thinks this shit up, I wouldn't pay that if Asa Akira and Ava Addams were dancing there much less the talent they actually have
Yeah, I went there a couple of weeks ago and they told me the same. BUT I got kicked out of VIP when getting a dance and was told I have to buy the $30 VIP pass even after purchasing the $15 pass for VIP dances only.

I was able to charm my way into not paying and staying in VIP. I enjoyed my time with one of their chocolate delights.

It feels like one of those clubs where everybody knows everybody there. I did feel like and outside, except the ladies there loved me. I'm sure it's because I looked like I had $$$.
Good info. Keeps me from even wasting my time parking and going in. They are nuts to think people will pay that for what this place is. Ridiculously small, no privacy, low level quality and talent. They need to stay in their lane.

So pretty much $15 for access to what I actually need? Sounds good to me. I don't care to hang out in VIP; gotta be on the ground floor!

Someone needs to TOFTT and let us know about the VIP. I will be in town in a couple of weeks and plan to stop by.
Both, pts and lipsticks are all about gouging every last $ from customers and zero on customer service and good strip club experience. These are the only two clubs with crappy chairs to sit. Jacking up cover charges and other in club charges.

I have been to Lipstick's a couple of times recently and the net result of the ill-conceived vip charge is that business has taken a nose dive and the number of dancers has decreased, at least on dayshift when I visited. Last Wednesday I walked in at 1:00 and there were exactly two dancers, both fatties, and one other customer.

Some of the waitresses are militant about enforcing the new cover charges, some don't care. $30 to use the vip section and $10 to get dances on the worn out couches behind the bar area (no privacy).

Until this madness goes away, I'm not going to return to Lipstick.

I should be in Dallas for business next week so I guess I will have to stop in and check out this shit and report back. This place has always been hit or miss, but since I have gotten extras in the past I always stop in.

seems to me the new policy encourages guys to drink, watch, and refuse table dances.. who wins in that scenario?

FYI I arrived at 4 PM today. Sat at the bar ordered a beer and burger. Told the waitress I was going to VIP and eat there. No problem/no charge. I will do a review later. So after getting dances and drinks around 6:30 a door girl comes up to me telling me I have to pay to set there. I told her no way. I was spending money and was not going to pay extra for VIP. Next thing I know here comes a manager and bouncer telling me I will pay or leave VIP. I told them I had already spent close to $500 (not really) on drinks, food and dances and would not pay more and left.

I asked some dancers about this when I first arrived and they said you will not be charged if you are spending money so it looks to me during day shift no charge for VIP, but they are trying to enforce it at night and the dancers are not happy about it.

I will be going back tomorrow afternoon and will report back.
