Any decent providers left in McAllen/Mission area?

Reading thru encounters and looking at bio's, have all the providers in the valley dried up and blown away? It was sparse to begin with, but now, what the heck? I have looked at city guide, but how in the tell do you filter thru the b.s. to find the real ones, if there any?
