Need to clean out my attachment folder...help please

How do I clean out my attachment folder here thanks. Seems the site I use for my pics is down. :-( . My attachment folder here is kinda full. How do I delete the photos out.

Under Main Menu to the left, select User CP. At teh bottom under misc, choose attachments. You can then delelte attachments from old posts
