On a review site, it's a very valuable rule, and also necessary when reviews are compensated with PA credit.

Imagine how worthless and cluttered it would be if Bob, Ted, Fred, Jim, and John each posted a review every week of the provider they see every week. You'd see page after page after page of the same dozen guys reviewing the same dozen women, and putting basically the same content in every ROS. Do you really want to see 100 reviews per year of Karen696969 by BigCockBob?
