Defending myself against slander and lies

If someone makes false accusations and trying to slander my name and reputation. Where is the proper forum to address this. Since it was posted in a response to one of my reviews. Therefore I can't directly reply to it there. Where is proper place and how should I handle this. Because ibtake this very serious what this person said and feel I need to get this straightened out .
