Now that you have PA, check out the "Rest of the Story" sections others have submitted so you can see what is expected.
Also, consider this ...
If you can answer the following, you have written a good ROS…
• How was the set up of the appointment? By email, phone or text messages?
• Was there a screening process? If so, describe it.
• What was the incall location like? ie: was it clean, messy etc?
• Was the location of the incall in a safe area? Did you feel safe?
• How did the provider appear during the session? Was she into it or seemed to just go through the motions?
• What activities occurred, and in what order did they occur?
• Finally, after the session is over what happened before you left, conversation etc?
Also, consider this ...
