She was a troubled person, but did have a great voice. Way too young to die.

Its sad but not a suprize, she made charlie sheen look sober.

I'm sorry she died but I'm revealing my age/ignorance by saying I had never heard of her before today. I did read that she was the same age as Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison when they died.

Her voice was amazing. It reminds me of Billy Holiday in some aspects.

it was said a few years back would be this generations janis joplin and as we see now it has come to pass, just as alot our great musicians have died before they had a chance to peek jim morrison, janis, kurk cobain, jimi hendrix just to name a few. they all are missed by thier fans.
