Does this " Cici" speak english pretty well, or almost not at all. There are 3 girls there usually, One who is pretty nice aka Mary, and she does a good massage. Not a shitty one actually but can dig in pretty hard if you want. She's nice- , another lady who is as plain as a 50 cent cheeseburger and has a bunch of tummy flab, and will allow a little over the clothes play, but no tits out, and you likely woudn't want them out either based on her physique. Then the owner, whom I think is Cici- who is a better looking lady, about 5'4" or so, but I only saw her in passing. Her English is above par. The other two, only speak in semi broken english with the one plain one speaking the least. FYI.

The girl I saw speaks English reasonably well, but I'm not sure if she is the owner, because the last girl that I described actually snapped at her to come out of the back and get moving. I guess I'm still not sure about how to get around working with the first person I meet at the door.
