ROS stands for Rest of the Story. It's the longest, most important, and most time consuming part of the review. That's where you describe in detail your encounter with the provider. An ideal ROS section should be several paragraphs long and full of information.

I suggest you message a mod like gman44 and ask to edit your encounter report and add the ROS section. Otherwise the way it is now, you won't receive premium access credit for it.
