Whatever happened to Shiny???

I've been out of the game for a while and just recently came back on eccie. I read through more than 20 pages of amp encounters and didn't see a single one for Shiny. Any idea if she's still around and where she might be? I want to say the last time I saw her she was at NYNY but I might be misremembering.

Heard she is returning and will be at JuJu. Got to wait for that Table Shower with Shiny until Sept.
