That sucks. I was about to eat several thousand calories (no exaggeration) worth of food & drink lots of chilled sweet agua fresca limon at Cesar's Tacos today.

I have been here at there Latin Plaza shopping and haven’t seen anything. Been out here for 2 hours. I even hit up Blue and nothing out of the ordinary.

I concur with hammer that le is stepping up presence for 'back to school' related reasons but we have troopers all up in downtown as well. They step up presence in relation to heat waves anyway, so it's not anything crazy I dont think.
