Just curious, is it against the rules to make a post containing the word "marijuana" or reference it with "420"?

Here is the rule:
#15 - There is no place in our forums for the general discussion or speculation of illicit drug use. This is to be considered a forbidden topic and mention of it will be removed.
Just looking for some clarification before I proceed. If this thread gets deleted due to this rule, please PM me so I know.

thanks homies
ive seen guys say "420" in their posts when referring to Mary Jane... shouldnt be too much of an issue but im not sure.. the rules state theres no place for it.. try e-mailing or pm'ing an admin and maybe u can get a faster response that way ^_^

This forum is called "Questions for the Staff-Upstate New York"

I directed the question to them, the staff (mods) of Upstate NY on purpose. If they don't know the answer, they can find it out better than I can. If I PM them, then no one else gains the benefit of their answer. Like I said, I am NOT looking for fast. Now that Jack is not around anymore, I especially don't expect fast, but it does happen occasionally.

Why do you feel so strongly the need to try to get me to go straight to the almighty admins? Don't you think they have better things to do than worry about us peons her in Upstate NY?
i was just letting u know that because it's common sense. i wouldnt have posted a thread in the first place... i would have PM'd them. BUT THATS JUST MY OPINION. DAMN! sorry if i bothered u i thought this was AMERICA and i could post freely on ECCIE regardless of the location... LMAO assh*le much??

I am waiting on a reply on this from the higher ups. As soon as I know, I will pass it along. IMHO, I would say they both fall under prohibited topic, but we will see.

The feeling from above is that both terms fall into the illicit category and thus both terms are not allowed.
The line is going to get more blurry as other states "legalize" this particular narcotic, Connecticut being another. I would guess a blanket coverage of no talking about illicit substances keeps eccie out of any trouble.
How bout stickyicky, the dank, Bud, cheeba, chronic, kind bud, skunk, herb, or wacky tobacky?
B-lo, sorry, drugs and other subjects are really non-negotiable until otherwise noted. I like to mod only when needed (this isn't my forum to cover BTW, I'm posting as a fellow "dater" of the ladies here, and will be up near Rochester this weekend so I am looking for a lady to meet with ). But with verbotten subjects it is easier to just not post about them, code words or not. Why tempt fate and risk an infraction? It's not worth it.
