I'm pretty sure it's some kind of Asian "agency." "They" place similar ads on boards in several states and just steal some pictures of young, beautiful Asian women to use. The ads are always written in exceptionally poor English and drift between first person and third person narrative.

If anyone actually answers the ad, I'll wager that whoever shows up for him has no idea about the ad or what it said. And is probably two to three times as old as any of the girls shown in the photo, not nearly as attractive, and has a poor grasp of the language.

It's all a con, I think.
