Is posting disabled?

I have been trying to post but I cant find the forum, is posting disabled?

I'm afraid so, because of the new laws in Texas on Sept 1st that pursues websites promoting more than 5 persons. Weekly/Weekend Updates, ISO, & Showcases are gone from ECCIE.

Hurts the usefulness of the site but I guess there’s nothing else to be done about it.
