Next month I'll be travelling to Shreveport for a few days due to a creative project I'm working on with friends. It turns out while I'm there the State Fair of Louisiana will be going on. I've been to small carnivals here and there but I've never been to a proper state fair so I hope to make it.
What else is there to do in Shreveport? Since I only visit about once per year, I want to make sure I attend as many must-do events as I can.
lots of cool casinos
have fun!!
Some to avoid, too, but you can’t go wrong with Margaritaville on the Bossier side. Probably not the to the same this as me, but I found the water works museum in Shreveport to be interesting, and especially enjoyed the air museum at Barksdale AFB. Nice shopping area by Margaritaville as well, lots of shops and some restaurants.
The Aseana Fall festival is the 26th one day only 4 to 9 p.m. its free. I cant wait to see it. Love that kind of stuff.
I'll miss it. Please do report back on all the fun you had.

So glad Bossier/Shreveport has zero other crime going on that all they have to do is mess with 2 adults doing what they want behind closed doors.
