Don't know. It's the first time I've ever been to Phoenix. It's also quite possible I misheard the name. Pretty sure it started with a J. Conversation was limited.

It's not a neighborhood I used to frequent until very recently. I find myself with time to kill over there in a regular basis now so I may visit again soon and update.
