With winter coming, I would imagine the snakes have found a warm cavern.
Even a "white-collar snake charmer" may do some old blue-collar plumbing once she gets the waters running.

Both are a lot closer for me than Elmira. Cortland the best. It would be my luck that I can't make it on the days you are visiting. I have a difficult time sneaking away
