And just like that, she is gone… I had seen her ads on SipSap and thought that everything seemed like a good deal. But when she did not have any reviews I thought with my big head. I have tried to contact her after reading the review and she has not replied. Oh, well.

You do not have a working link to her website, just the web address is listed. And that is correctable. Otherwise I do not see any reason why you didn't get premium access. You should definitely have heard something about it by now.
PM one of the mods and ask them. One time I had an encounter that did not make it into their review que (or whatever they called it). The mod found my review on the list and granted me premium access about 3 weeks after the fact.
