Take care of yourself

Hi everyone!!! I’ve been off the site for awhile and want to let everyone know about why especially the guys. In the past several months the attempts I made to see a few of the ladies was embarrassing to me ( nothing to do with them)So a long story short I finally decided to visit a dr. My cholesterol and triglycerides were off the charts. I’m not a fan of having to take medication so my dr helped me with a program to get things back to normal on my own. The numbers have come down but not quite there yet but I’m getting there. When you’re used to being able to “perform “ it can be quite a blow to the ego when you can’t. So guy’s pay more attention to the signs. Thanks for letting me ramble about it 😂. Just had the old gall bladder out a few days ago. Glad to see my ATF Ms Kensley Morgan is back. Stay safe everyone.

Colestipol 1gm Tablets It changed my life.

I feel your pain on the bloodwork. My Triglycerides were 365 and Cholesterol was 285. Working on lowering that now
