My apologies, Mojoman. That’s exactly what I was trying to do. It was a bad experience that I thought warranted sharing in a forum titled Encounter Reports. You left a positive review, so I thought I would give her a go. My experience differed, so I shared mine. It wasn’t a jab at you in any way.
