Without getting too far into the weeds the order doesn't "SHUT DOWN" businesses, but is directed at patrons and customers ... i.e. ... you can't go into the business ... so places like Walmart set up a line to control entrance .... supposedly at least 6 feet apart ... for drive-by appearances, but once inside there is no "policing"! One must control their own behavior.

Generally, it simply makes sense .... any service business that requires physical interaction within the 6-foot zone, and particularly those in which body fluids are subject to being shared are on the "watch list" and anyone who really relishes their good health will avoid them UNLESS they are convinced it is SAFE!
