If you can answer the following, you have written an acceptable ROS…
• Describe the setup of the appointment. By email, phone or text messages
• Was there a screening process? If so, describe it
• Describe what the incall location looked like, ie: was it clean, messy etc
• Was the location of the incall in a safe area, did you feel safe
• How did the provider appear during the session? Was she into it or seemed to just go through the motions
• While it is not necessary to write about all the graphic gory details, you should include the activities in general that occurred in the order they occurred
• Finally, after the session is over what happened before you left, conversation etc
