Um, nowhere being the city is shut down, is it not? I'm pretty sure you can't dine in at all. Coffee Bean is my favorite, but Morning Call by Impastatos is also great. And, Cafe Dumond, obviously.

Kimberly good call on the coffee shops however Morning Call in Metairie has been closed for several years now think they moved to City Park which is lovely especially if the weather is gorgeous.

We haven't heard from tallgentleman as to why or what any details are, but I'll play the devils advocate here . Since we are assuming that his intentions are to meet a provider there (my logic says if that was the case, THE PROVIDER would pick the place), I'll assume his inquiry has nothing to do with meeting a provider, maybe he just wants to get out and sit, have coffee, relax and have a pastry. Maybe he's new to the city and doesn't know where "the locals go", maybe he just wants to go where he might meet someone. There are literally dozens of reasons that he's asking for the advise, maybe, just maybe he posed the same question on some other totally unrelated forums.

With Zotz and Rooke Cafe, you can atleast play boardgames if you're hanging out with people. Don't know when that will become the norm again though

Well. I went to Cajun Seafood yesterday on Claiborne there was a snow cone place across the street that was open no lines, outside. So I don't drink coffee but a snow cone once and a while ..lol

Good eating. As far as a good snow cone out here I like the new “water ice” snow one place off of Whitney on the westbank. It’s shaved ice so fine and smooth it’s taste like and has the consistency of a sorbet or softer sherbet feel without of course having any milk. The 5 dollar rainbow one is the best. It puts traditional snow cones to shame.
