They're breaking the county's orders if they are open. JoCo is following the state's 4 phase approach with a one week lag, so phase 1 starts the 11th. Massage places can't open til phase 2, so at least the 25th.

Lawrence is more or less following the state's 4 phase approach so the massage places could open as early as the 18th. Bring a mask. That's one of the stipulations.

Flower/Moon in Olathe is not open. They are still cleaning and remodeling.
