Kansas City "unlocks tomorrow". Hope everyone has fun. I'm ready to hit the water. I'll be vacating here a few times this summer starting tomorrow.

There are different provisions based on different parts but restaurants/shopping/the plaza things like that open tomorrow. Missouri was already open Kansas City delayed their opening. The same thing happened with Johnson county . The state of Kansas already opened up but Johnson county didn't open up until a few days.

for each specific type of business please check your state and city ordinances.
