While I walk across the street and I turn back to see if anyone is following me, I saw both of them are in the car driving toward me (I think they want to do something bad to me so I start to run). When they drive close to me one of the females used pepper spray to attack me. I think they have other weapons inside their car so I ran to another hotel and call the cops. So this is a trap if I go inside that room something worst might happen.

There is a lot of strange stuff going on these days. A LOT. Even some of the longtime regular providers have become....sketchy.
I would only add this to whats already been said, and that is that calling the cops was ultimately the right thing to do if you felt that threatened.
However, since your ok, I am going to laugh at the comedic value in the mental picture of you explaining to the cops exactly what you were doing there, and what precipitated your need for their presence.
I was in your very shoes last fall with a cash and dash attempt that went very far wrong, very fast. I had cops AND an ambulance. The ambulance was NOT for me, and I circumvented a full explanation to the cops, gracefully. I hope you were as lucky.
