Looks fake, especially with that area code.

Generally speaking, if they put something vague in the Location field, it's fake. "In town" could mean that they are in Riyadah Saudi Arabia and just want you to send them money so they can send you pics they found on the internet.
Concur. Additionally, I am very skeptical of any provider who only takes credit cards.

She has ads all over the country, but she may have a personal jet so it could be legit.

I've started using Google image search to see where their pics show up. One girl I was interested in had ads all over the country on StG, so I'm assuming she was likely fake.

Pretty much anything other than your actual city (or local landmarks....for instance, "N. Glenstone" here in Spfd) is fake. There may be exceptions, but they are FEW. Locations like....

"In town"
"Downtown"
"In your city"
"Local Lady"
"Your Residence"

etc., etc.
