IMO...Guys should ALWAYS bring condoms. Your favorite brand that fits your anatomy the best and has the best feel for you. Bring extra and leave what you don’t use. They are easy to get and cheap and come in a shit load of sizes. There is interesting info on the Condoms.com website on all brands regarding material,thickness diameter and length.
