Looking for full service spa

Newer younger guy that travels a lot for work, I have used a couple providers in my travel, but always had a fantasy about a massage and full service any recommendations with tips would be much appreciated!

None in Springfield, I don't know about Joplin. Larger cities are more likely to have them. Last ones I found some in Las Vegas and the Palm Springs area about 3 years ago.

Tulsa used to have them, but I don't know if they still do.
