Texas BBQ and I lost a bet

This was one of the most difficult things to admit.
That I lost a bet on BBQ.
Even worse, I lost to a gal who's also a Texan (out of Brenham, Tx).
And, having to admit it was part of the bet.

Not only that, she knows I'm down that a way maybe a couple times a year so I'm also required to stop by for an incall down there, and take her to dinner to whatever her fav place (oh I won't even bother to even guess).

So how did she win?
She presented: "Smoked Texas style" (she claims, well she is Texan).
Sigh.
I objected, and said no, not in the rules.
She countered, what rules?
And she reminded me I had accepted her earlier comment of "smoked".
Damnit.
She also reminded me that I always say: "tasty".
Sigh.
So here I am, running another bbq thread.

So what did she win with?
Pretty simple and I never had a chance.
She's been texting since yesterday letting me know she's still giggling over her win.
