The creepy couple used to advertise several months (or more) ago. Their pictures show up in these ads because they used to use the same phone number that this girl is using now. I don't know if it's just a coincidence that creepy couple let their phone number expire and this girl happened to get that number (I've actually seen that happen at least once before, where a provider by random chance gets assigned another provider's former phone number), or if it means she actually has some connection to creepy couple. My gut feeling is that it's the former.

She probably knows the creepy couple and got the phone from them. They are in the same area of town. This happens more then you realize. If you know any of the real names, you can see their friends list on social media that are also providing.
