Jackson things to do

Are the museums open, or are they closed as covid repercussion?
The Mississippi Museum of Art is open with restrictions. You must have a reservation. They are limiting total visitors. There is a touring exhibit featuring works by Van Gogh, Monet and Degas. Admission requires a $15 ticket.
I think the MS Civil Rights and the MS History Museums are open with restrictions. Both great. But Hopefully you’ll find even better uses of your time.
Thank you!

Nice to hear that the museums are back up & running!
My little one missed the Children's Museum.. Thank You ☺️
Tara, I have not been able to go to the museums at all. The wait list is a little rediculous. So visiting them wasnt feasible.
Restaurants are basically doing takeout or delivery. I was at least hoping for outdoor sitting, besides in the car.

It does pain me to see how many people are running around without masks on.

Oh Darn! I was hoping that they would be open. As hot as it
has been you're very brave for enduring this heat. Then again,
as a Southerner, you may be used to it by now. My city girl ass
is hiding in the nude with my A.C these days lol
Tara, up in NY the mornings are brisk and warm up slightly as the day progresses. I am loving this heat, but my neck isnt with all this damn hair
