Not sure about this review. There are plenty of very good reviews out there. I saw this and hesitated but, because of the other reviews I took a chance. WOW! am I glad I did. Not sure why your experience was like that but, Bella is easy to talk to and really quite hot looking and performing. I wouldn't worry about this one outlying review.
