Click on the down arrow next to "Forum Tools" on the forum index page. From the drop down that appears, select "Subscribe to this forum".

Note: you can also subscribe to individual threads within a forum (while you're on a thread index page, click the down arrow next to "Thread tools" and select "Subscribe to this thread". If you set up your user preferences correctly, you can also subscribe to a thread automagically whenever you post to it.
