I went to Pings just yesterday.
Asked for Lili.

Cuomo and DeBlasio should be held accountable for sending COVID patients to nursing homes which killed many thousands of geriatric patients that were very high risk due to advanced age, compromised immune systems, increased health risk factors and the inability to distance or protect themselves from others.

If you're serious about protecting yourself from 'The Rona' you can do the following things.
1) Social Distancing
2) Frequent hand washing and not touching your face.
Note: Soap and water for 20 seconds under warm water is FAR
superior to hand sanitizer, but sanitizer is still effective.
3) Wear a mask (the AMP/SPA providers are wearing them)
Note: there are contradictory studies to masks, and other countries such as Sweden never shut down nor did they mandate masks and their numbers/deaths are much less than the US (per/capita).
4) Eat right, exercise, get plenty of fresh air and sunshine
5) Take supplements to boost your immune system.
I take the following.
Zinc, Vit C, Vit D-3, Elderberry, Vits B-6 and B-12.
Roughly twice the RDA to stave off COVID.

COVID-19 (without a vaccine) has a lower morbidity than
the Regular Flu (with an annual vaccine).

Bottom line. The COVID is a media hype.
Yes people have died but there is a more complex and sinister
agenda behind the COVID hoax.

Unless you are considered a high risk patient (advanced age, immune compromised or serious health problems) there is no real danger from COVID.

Go out. Live your life and enjoy the fruits of your labor while you
