Was thinking of a Vegas trip but wanted more stuff to do. Was hoping the indoor roller coaster would be running. Maybe some walking tours but I am not sure if the volcano or dancing fountains are running. Research time I guess.

Save for clubs, most things are running in Vegas. There are some restaurants out, but most are open.
