Wheeler doesn't anticipate, he's been told. These Democratic Socialists have their communications network and they've been fully briefed. The media look like idiots thinking these riots are spontaneous and have anything to do with federal police. They were happening before the feds got their and the Portland police were told to stand down.

Trump needs to find out the network and put together a conspiracy charge against key individuals.

Guess what, the Portland police used tear gas on the "peaceful protesters" after they were told not to.
