88 Feet in Carrollton - anyone been?

Was wondering as they're advertising in Rubratings. It looks like one person is posting ads for a lot of SubAmps.

Most of the other SubAmps ads I'm familiar with provide activities... but I can't find any reviews of 88 Feet on Rosemeade.
