I’ve been there a few times. I’ve gotten that same card, it’s Cici. I called her that when I was there last. Immediately after the flip she leaned toward me and said “it’s been a long time since you last here” but that’s what they usually say. Shut down by UPD yesterday. I thought they would have something better to do around Utica. Siezed 4k as well. They listed numerous complaints, I would love to see them... Pissed housewives? Too bad really, another rent paying small business down the tubes. I cant imagine what other sort of business could survive in that bldg
