Is p411 still avail can anyone invite me

If I understand their policy correctly, any admirer with a minimum of 5 okays can send an invitation to a non-P411 companion. Not sure if you need a 2nd for confirmation.
I had to.
During my visit to San Diego, I enjoyed the company of a lovely lady who I wanted to keep in touch with. So, she sent me an invite. In the invitation, I was instructed to find a 2nd companion who would also vouch for me. One of my local companion agreed. So, I completed the invitation - provided the local companion's P411 id in the form.
