dude check out the riverwalk (short skirts and short shorts wearing tourists) have a margarita and check out the scenery, otherwise hit up stone oak (aquarium, etc.) for some cute coeds, have fun

For good, reasonably-priced Mexican food (sure to get some argument here) try El Mirador (downtown, St. Mary's/Durango) or Chacho's (northwest, I10/Callaghan).
