Using Twitter

I see a lot of references to twitter and how Providers can be found on there. My last assignment in the military we were discouraged from using any Social Media accounts so I don’t have any other than some hobby related accounts. Is anyone willing to give me the How To on using Twitter to find providers? How to setup an anonymous account?

1. Get a non Google, Yahoo, AOL account, like protonmail.com that does not trace to you, read your mail, use cookies to track, or keep logs.
2. Use new account to open a twitter account.
3. Follow one of us or the ladies and then see who they follow. Twitter will make suggestions thereafter, then it's chefs choice.
4. Throw in a VPN and TOR if you're truly paranoid.
